Short Term Courses - Internal Auditor Training on EnMS (ISO 50001- 2018)
Description:
This course provides guidance and practical experience in planning, executing, reporting and audit follow-up of an internal audit, when monitoring the effectiveness and conformity of an Energy Management System (EnMS). The participants will be guided through the EnMS standard requirements and how to conduct audits based on ISO 19011:2018 requirements with the help of exercise, case studies, discussion and practical knowledge.
Objective:
The objective of this course is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to perform first-party audits of EnMS against ISO 50001:2018, in accordance with ISO 19011, as applicable.
Who should attend?
Any person or team tasked with, or interested in, auditing the conformity and the effectiveness of an energy management system based on ISO 50001:2018.
Eligibility
Graduation in Science and Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification exam or awaiting their results are also eligible to apply. Participants with an interest in implementation should consider completing the implementation course, before attending this internal audit course.
