ELIGIBILITY:
The course is useful for fresher
and experienced personnel for their understanding into the management system
and also to improvise their knowledge for Food Safety Management System.
To enrol this course Minimum
graduation with food science degree in science (with Chemistry/ Bio-chemistry/
Food and nutrition/ Microbiology or a degree or diploma in Food Technology/
Dairy Technology/ Dairy Microbiology/ Dairy chemistry/ Dairy engineering/ Oil
technology/ Veterinary science / Hotel management & Catering technology) is
preferable.
