This course is require for professionals who want to know more about traceability system in their food production, and to simulate the recall/withdrawal process with a high success rate and the organization will have fast tools for finding and solving root causes that affects the stability of the food safety system

Objectives:

Eligibility

Graduation in Science and Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification exam or awaiting their results or personnel having experience in food industries, are also eligible to apply.
