5S are five terms beginning with “S” utilized to create a workplace suited for visual control and lean production.

5S represents continual improvement approach for productivity, quality and safety improvement in all types of business operations. 

Objectives:

• Understand the meaning and importance of applying 5S in the workplace and in the entire organization’s processes and departments.

• Understand how 5S can improve the workplace and the organization as a whole

• Identify the 5S challenges in a given area

• Lead and participate in any 5S activity within the organization.

• For all Middle/Senior management employees from Manufacturing/Operation, Sales & Service, HRD, Finance department, & other department employees of an Organization. 

Eligibility: 

No educational background is required to implement 5s and Kaizen at their daily operation/ manufacturing units.  .
